Set in modern-day New York City, Parsite Eve puts the player in the role of NYPD officer Aya Brea as she attempts to solve the mystery of Eve, a young woman responsible for a string of gruesome. Parasite appeared on over 240 critics' year-end top-ten lists, including 77 who ranked it first. On Metacritic, Parasite was rated as the best film of 2019 and ranked 7th among the films with the highest scores of the decade. As of 28 December 2019, it is the 40th highest-rated film of all time on the website. Parasite is a status condition in Resident Evil 3. Parasite condition can only happen after a certain attack from a Drain Deimos and will happen in a scripted event during the Main game.
